Returns, changes, cancellations, etc.
For hygienic and health reasons connected to the products, we cannot accept refunds or changes after the product has been shipped. We will replace it with a new product only if it is defective. If the product is sold out, we could offer a refund.
Terms of returning
If the article is defective, please contact us within 5 days from the delivery of the product to the customer.
In case of goods returned due to our fault, such as defective products or manufacturing errors, we will take charge of the shipping costs for the return.
